Margaret MacKenzie

As with any other SME in today's climate, anything that needs doing! From planning and implementing company strategy and policy, via being Busy and Important at networking events and consultative client meetings, via organising training and coaching sessions, to cleaning behind the office fridge (but only when there is some very urgent admin to be done...).
Most likely to say:
* Paperwork? What paperwork?
* Am Busy and Important. Hurrah!
Least likely to say:
* No, I don't want another cup of tea thanks.
* I can't wait to fill out my expenses forms.

*Have you done........?
Least Likely to say?
*Oh don't worry that filing doesn't need to be done.
Maddie Hollis

Who am I?
Hello there!
I'm Maddie Hollis and I am the Sales Co-ordinator
What do I do?
My main role at the moment is to keep Margaret in shape and make sure she doesn't stray too far away from what she is supposed to be doing, rather than let her do what she wants to be doing.
I'm currently doing a level 2 NVQ in business and then moving onto a level 3 NVQ in sales. As well as studying for my Chartered Management Instuitute Diploma (CMI)
Most likely to say?
* Would anybody like a cup of tea ..?
* Are there any Supernoodles left?
Least likely to say?
* I don't want to pass my driving test!
Shelley Curtis

Who am I?
I am the Administration and Systems Co-ordinator
What do I do?
My role within the company is varied; it ranges from complicated tasks such as getting to grips with the IT systems to the simplest of tasks such as tea making.
At the moment I am taking part in a Microsoft Office Excel course and to go along side this I am about to start my NVQ 2 in I.T.C.
Most likely to say?
“Have you emailed me your timesheet yet?”
“All Sorted!”
Least likely to say?
“I don’t like my Job”
“Ask Margaret, she knows everything about filling in forms”
Kate Chastey

Who am I?
I am the Swan Company’s very own Passionate PA. In this role I am responsible for New Business Development.
What do I do?
As the avid networker (and generally nosy person) that I am, I meet new people all the time. If I truly believe a company would benefit from The Swan Company’s expertise I do the whole introduction thing! I am in no way the usual sales gal, it’s incredibly important to me that all businesses – big or small - get the service and advice they actually need rather than just what a company wants to sell so introductions and recommendations only happen when there really is a need.
Most likely to Say?
* Let's just crack on!
* What recession?
*The Passionate PA makes things happen.
Least Likely to say?
*I’m going to take a day off.
*No more tea and biscuits, I’m on a diet.
