Margaret MacKenzie

Who am I?

I am the Director in charge of Business Development and Staff and Client Training.

What do I do?

As with any other SME in today's climate, anything that needs doing! From planning and implementing company strategy and policy, via being Busy and Important at networking events and consultative client meetings, via organising training and coaching sessions, to cleaning behind the office fridge (but only when there is some very urgent admin to be done...).

* Am Busy and Important. Hurrah!

* No, I don't want another cup of tea thanks.
* I can't wait to fill out my expenses forms.

Who am I?

I am the Director of Finance and Operations.

What do I do?

My role ranges from managing all the finances, to keeping the operations of the business running smoothly. While Margaret is the one you are more then likely to meet out and about. I am the person that gets on behind the scenes ensuring that all the doing is done, and that everyone from clients to telemarketers are happy.

Maddie Hollis

Who am I?

Hello there!
I'm Maddie Hollis, The Swan Company's brand new apprentice otherwise known as the CPO (Chief Paper-clip Officer...).

What do I do?

My main role at the moment is to keep Margaret in shape and make sure she doesn't stray too far away from what she is supposed to be doing, rather than let her do what she wants to be doing.

As well as the normal 'tea duty' routine that all new newbies have to do!
I'm currently doing a level 2 NVQ in business and then moving onto a level 3 NVQ in sales.
