Mrs Good-Egg is the driving force behind The Swan Company. She represents all that is Great and Good about our personnel. She is trustworthy, honest, caring and fun, but very good at what she does.........

Mrs Good-Egg is almost what you would refer to as being the 'Team Mascot'. She can always be seen out and about having her picture taken in many weird and wonderful places, as well as perched on somebody's desk ready to be clenched at the most annoying part of the day. Though if you do this too hard then she does complain....a lot.
